, the Shanghai-based firm founded in 2015, has launched its venture fund, ARC Group Ventures.

The organisation said in a statement yesterday that so far the fund has signed commitments with two startups. The fund targets technology-focused businesses, and will co-invest along with “the most reputable venture funds in the world.”

"We encourage companies around the world within sectors such as fintech, SaaS, new energy and mobility to reach out," Jesus Hoyos, fund manager, said.

According to its website, ARC Group “became the leading advisor in the SPAC market in the US.” The firm opened its first Southeast Asia office in Singapore in 2018.
